Refund policy
After receiving your items, you have 30 days to request a refund.
To get a refund, or if you have any questions regarding refunds, please contact us at info@peacefultyrant.com. In the body of your email request, please include your order number in order to assist us in expediting the refund process. If your request is accepted, we’ll email you a confirmation that the refund has been completed.
All we ask is that you donate the item you no longer want to a charity or give it to someone who could benefit from said item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any of your items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item and we will do all we can to resolve any issues.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The best way to ensure a speedy exchange is for you to make a separate purchase for the new item and then make a refund request for the item that you have.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know when the refund was approved. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
